Thang Long Global Building
Project Profile: ICC Thang Long Global Center - the masterpiece of operation experience of Thang Long Group. It invites the internationally renowned design firm SOM for the design, and is oriented by the concept of international business office to meet global business standards. SOM's works span the globe, including Burj Khalifa and Shanghai Jinmao Tower, setting standards and specifications for office buildings around the world. It plans to build two mother and child double-stitch office buildings with a total construction area of about 80,000 m2 to make financial center super-grade 5A headquarters office buildings. Two-floor basements are planned to ensure adequate parking facilities. The establishment of an entrepreneurship office space is structured with one household for one floor of three sides for daylight. The area is 436-1133m2, and the utilization rate of households reach 80%. Project Overview: Fubon Headquarters Building is a masterpiece of Fuzhou by Fubon Group, the largest financial group in Taiwan. The project is located in the first line of Minjiang River and core location of Financial Street CBD.
